The Annual Parish Meeting will be held at 8 pm on Tuesday 7th May. This is an opportunity for any club or society etc to tell the community about what they have done over the past year. It can also be a useful forum to attract new members!
You can either just turn up on the night and you'll be given your chance to speak. However it would be helpful in creating the minutes of the meeting if you could e mail a copy of what you are going to say to the parish clerk, Malcolm Wilson, at parishclerk@hazelburybryan.net. He will also be happy to read out your piece if you are unable to attend the meeting
This meeting will be followed immediately by the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council. You are of course welcome to stay for this but it is not compulsory!
