Information is requested !
Unfortunately, it has not been possible to find volunteers to take on the running of the Society and the reluctant decision has now been made to wind-up the Society.
Chris Eyres and Godfrey Symes, who were both born in Hazelbury Bryan, will continue to research and safeguard the village's historical past - and would be delighted to hear from you.
Chris is currently looking for photographs of the 1963 winter, when the village was heavily affected by snow.
Telephone Chris on 01258-473082 - before 9:00 pm please!
...and now for something completely different!

Vale Ladies meets on the first Tuesday of the month for a coffee morning in the Village Hall. Vale Ladies was mainly formed as a means whereby the ladies of Hazelbury Bryan and the surrounding villages could get to know each other, enjoy periodic speakers and visits, and fund-raise for charity. New members are always welcome.
Our next fund-raising event is a Strawberry Cream Tea on Sunday 20th June at 3pm in the Village Hall to raise money for the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance.
Meetings start at 10.30 am
